Solving the signal problem in liquid biopsy

Without Amplifyer

Detecting tumor signal in blood can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Because of biological challenges like low shedding and rapid clearance, blood draws for cancer tests often miss the very target they're looking for—meaning missed opportunities for patients.

With Amplifyer

Our first priming agent, AM-01, is a monoclonal antibody that binds cfDNA, shielding it from clearance. This transiently boosts circulating DNA, increasing the quality of a blood sample and improving the performance of liquid biopsy tests. AM-01 is designed to clear rapidly with circulating DNA levels quickly returning to normal. The result: more reliable, actionable results across existing diagnostic platforms.

Our Approach

A proven idea, brought to liquid biopsy

Imaging contrast agents have been given hundreds of millions of times to make scans sharper and diagnoses more confident. AM-01 brings that same principle to the blood draw—a transient priming agent that briefly amplifies the tumor's signal, so liquid biopsy can finally reach its full potential.
